Microgreens

Our microgreens are a local, nutritious, convenient and beautiful way to get your daily dose of vegetables. We offer several regular varieties including Pea Shoots, Sunflower Shoots, and Spicy Mix. Throughout the season we offer additional microgreen varieties for you to try. Some of varieties have included bull's blood beet, borage, kale, kohlrabi and wheatgrass.

What is a microgreen?

These are young vegetables harvested at the cotyledon leaf stage. They are rich in nutrients, vitamins and can have high antioxidant content. Using less water, yet packed with the same nutrition as the grown up vegetable, these are a sustainable, fresh, healthy food option.

Lavender

We currently are still in the planting stages for our lavender. Planting will begin in April 2020. Our lavender fields will be planted using no till methods and no harmful weed cloth. We plan to expand our farm family to include rabbits who will be our natural lawn mowers.

In the interim we procure our lavender from local Sequim area farms and a few bushes we have onsite. We currently offer lavender crowns. These beautiful crowns are a nice accessory for Lavender Fest, weddings, and spring celebrations. Crowns can be picked up at the farmers market, at B&B Family Farm,  purchased online for farm pick-up or shipped.

Other Farm Offerings

Through out the season we have rainier cherries, several varieties of apples, italian prune plums and another plum variety that is the sweetest I have ever tasted. Our herb garden includes rosemary, basil, lemon balm, pineapple sage, and mint.

This summer we are looking forward to having edible and fresh cut flowers. These are grown in organic compost using no chemicals.
