SHIPPING POLICY

We ship your product within 1 week of your order. Shipping times may vary. Shipping days may change based on holidays. As much as we would love to ship to you on Christmas day we are glad the USPS employees are enjoying time home. Delivery is based on standard USPS shipping times and your shipping choice at time of purchase. 

Once in awhile we take a family vacation. During that time shipping will be delayed. We will post a notification on our shop well in advance. When shipping will be delayed based on product availability we will let you know by email and provide an option to cancel your purchase.

RETURN/REFUND POLICY

Satisfaction is our top priority. If you are unsatisfied with your product please contact us by phone or email. Total minus shipping will be returned via original payment or store credit. Once approved allow 10 days to be processed. We are not able to process partial sets. 

For seeds, we do our best to provide high quality seeds that will germinate in a proper seed starting setup. If your seeds do not grow after following careful detailed instructions please contact us immediately. We will send you replacement seed if available or provide a refund of your seed cost. Sorry shipping cannot be refunded. 

Missing? Oh no! We're sorry to hear this. If your orders says delivered wait 3 days before filing a claim with us. We recommend checking with building management, mailroom and neighbors to see if they received the package on your behalf.

Order Issues? If received a damaged or incorrect product, contact us within 48 hours of receiving the product with photos and we will be happy to resolved this for you.
