Shipping Policy
We ship your product within 1 week of your order. Shipping times may vary. Shipping days may change based on holidays. As much as we would love to ship to you on Christmas day we are glad the USPS employees are enjoying time home. Delivery is based on standard USPS shipping times and your shipping choice at time of purchase.
Once in awhile we take a family vacation. During that time shipping will be delayed. We will post a notification on our shop well in advance. When shipping will be delayed based on product availability we will let you know by email and provide an option to cancel your purchase.
Return/Refund Policy
We do our very best to provide the highest quality seeds that will germinate in a proper seed starting setup. Seed germination and plant health can be impacted by any number of conditions. Because of this it is impossible for a small farm to guarantee results. If your seeds do not grow after following careful detailed instructions please contact us immediately. We ask that you provide details on your growing conditions and if possible photos so that we can best help to consult and help you to achieve the best results.
Order Issues? If received a damaged or incorrect product, contact us within 48 hours of receiving the product with photos and we will be happy to resolve this for you.
Conditions
Throughout the season we take photos of each variety to best represent the color of the flower you will see. However, you should expect subtle color differences due to the nature of digital photography and device colors. Some sweet pea varieties can have minor genetic instability or on rare occasion have insects that cause cross pollination. This is very rare, but could result in unexpected results. In no event are we liable for any losses arising from defect, genetic instability or crop failure.
Safety
All parts of sweet peas are toxic and should not be ingested. Please take care with your seeds especially around pets and small children.
Seed Packet Dates
Our seed packets have a packed for date. Prior to 3/20/2023 we had been putting the year of harvest. We later learned this date is supposed to represent the planting year the seeds are packed for. If you received seeds from us prior to March 20, 2023, the packed for date will be off by 1 year. Meaning if the packet says packed for 2022, this means you have the freshest seeds from our most recent Fall harvest. These seeds are meant for the 2023 season.
